Cultural Olympiad have launched their new tourism campaign called 'Discovering Places' on the 23-25 July 2010.
The 2012 Olympics will throw a global spotlight on the UK – not only for sports, but as a place to visit before, during and after the games.
To help businesses capitalise on the attention a nationwide weekend promotion called ‘Discovering Places’ is being organised by the Cultural Olympiad Team.
Its aim is to highlight the range of activities and things to do in the UK around the time of the Olympic Games.
